Famu Collective Bargaining Agreement
On the recommendation of President Larry Robinson, the directors approved the agreement at a collective bargaining meeting concluded shortly after their meeting began in the Great Ballroom. The proposed agreement is forwarded to the members of the union for ratification. If ratified, FAMU President Larry Robinson, Ph.D., will ask the board to approve the agreement at its Sept. 19 meeting. An investigative interview is one in which a supervisor interviews an employee for information that could serve as a basis for discipline or asks an employee to defend his or her behavior.
