2. (2) Subject to section 50 [tenant may terminate the early lease] and if in the lease agreement, a lessor can terminate the lease of a subsidized rental unit by announcing the end of the tenancy agreement, if the tenant or other tenants, as is the case, no longer qualifies for the rental unit.
